Well, Sonya is now 4 months old and seems to be getting bigger all the time (although we're still waiting to hit the 10 lb mark--hopefully soon!). She enjoys smiling at herself in the mirror, playing on her activity mat, and going for walks. She is starting to reach and grab for things and quickly tries to put whatever she catches in her mouth. She is also trying to roll over from back to tummy, but so far only makes it on to her side. Her toes are an endless source of entertainment, as are all the funny noises we make. We've had some shrieks of joy during play time and I think I got my first laugh out of her today.
In other news, we hope to close on a house in NE Portland in a couple of weeks and are looking forward to Grandpa and Grandma Doroshenk's visit at the end of the month! More on that later. In the meantime, here are some recent pics:

Congrats to Jeremy and Tiff on the recent arrival of their daughter, Zoey! Although Sonya doesn't look interested now, someday they're going to be bffs.
